International joint operations

The Guardia di Finanza is active partner in international joint operations, with the purpose to increase the efficiency of the tools aiming at the prevention and repression of crimes in those sectors it is responsible for.

International joint operations are an important tool for law enforcement and a useful chance to promote discussions as well as exchange information and best practices with foreign counterparts and supranational bodies that support, within the EU (OLAF, Europol) or on the international level (Interpol, World Customs Organization), national Law Enforcement Authorities.
